First we would like to thank you for purchasing from us. Here are some things we would like to chat about.

​

1, There are no refund on custom Units. Once the hair is cut and and knots are bleached, and the wig is made for your size head there cannot be a refund.

2. if you are not satisfied you have the opportunity to return the unit and it can be made over, meaning you can alter the style, add bundles for a fee.

 3. All virgin, raw, or any types of bundles and closure are not always going to be the same. They are made from different heads from different people and they are different color browns.

If you have bundles that are exactly the same  color most likely they were processed and dyed with henna and is not considered virgin or raw hair.

4. You have 5 days to return the unit or bundles to have the opportunity to exchanges or to be altered to you liking.
